Win a year’s free energy prize draw. A year’s free energy is calculated in line with Ofgem’s average Energy Price Cap for January-March 2025 for customers paying by Direct Debit, which is worked out based on a 2-3 bedroom house, with 2 to 3 occupants using 11,500 kWh gas and 2,700 kWh electricity per year. Credit may not equal one year’s free energy if you are a higher than average user or if the price cap were to increase beyond current forecasts. We’ll pay it as energy bill credit in 12 monthly instalments. For example, if you win a year's free energy in January, the credit would be applied to your bill in February and each following month up to the last payment in January the following year.

Solar panels offer. The free solar panels offer is only available to OVO customers who also have solar panels and a battery installed with OVO. Solar panels are redeemable as a discount worth up to £500 when customer buys OVO solar installation and battery package. Average sized house requires 10 solar panels. Panels may be accrued over a 2 year period and redeemed anytime with either the 2 year accrual period or the 3 years following. Subject to availability. Discount based on current hardware costs. 2 free hours of electricity offer. Smartphone required. Hours must be selected weekly via the OVO app. Offer opens 22nd April 2025 and closes to new joiners on 31st July 2025. Bank one month of free heat for every 2 months you are with OVO up to a maximum of 12 months’ free heat worth a maximum redemption value of £341.52 to be redeemed as a monthly credit to your bill of £28.46 when you purchase a heat pump from OVO. One month’s free heat valued at £28.46, values given are based on customer having Heat Pump Plus tariff, please refer to terms for calculations.
